This policy explains how ElectricTractors.co.uk handles personal data. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.

- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry type and message, so we can reply.
- Technical data. Standard server and analytics information such as pages requested and approximate location, used to understand which articles are useful.
- Advertising data. If advertising is enabled, our advertising partner may set cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure adverts.
Lawful basis
We process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and advertising or non-essential cookies on the basis of consent where required.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer as it does not identify individuals.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us through the contact page to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. Contact enquiries are stored in our hosting and database provider's infrastructure and are not shared with advertisers. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, it does so under safeguards recognised by UK GDPR.
